A failed inspection stops the shipment
If a batch fails, it does not move until you decide what to do about it. You get the defect evidence, the corrective-action request goes to the factory, and the call stays yours.
A photo-documented report within 24 hours
Every inspection produces a written report with photographs of every defect found, delivered within 24 hours of the visit. Pass or fail, you see what is actually there.
We do not charge you for our own mistake
A re-inspection after rework is a new quoted visit. But if our work was incomplete or we got something wrong, we go back at our cost.
Our name is on the export documents
On shipments we trade, the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading carry Bolang as seller of record. One counterparty, legally on the hook, answering in English.

We will tell you when we are not the answer
If buying factory-direct genuinely beats buying through us for your shape of business, we will say so. We would rather lose the order than win it on a comparison that does not hold.
