Prototyping & Production
Factories produce what they understand — not what you intend.
Without precise technical documentation and someone present to review samples in person, small misunderstandings become expensive production defects. Our team bridges the gap between your product vision and the factory floor — reviewing samples physically, giving feedback in Mandarin, and locking down every detail before mass production begins.
We've taken products from hand-sketches to full production. We've also moved existing products to a new factory without losing a single spec. Every project is different — but the process is the same: get the specification right first, then the samples, then the production. The factory contracts with us and you contract with us — we buy the production and sell you the finished goods, so there is one agreement to enforce rather than a chain of them.
Protecting Your Intellectual Property
Before a product concept reaches a Chinese factory it needs an NNN agreement (Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention) governed by Chinese law, written in Chinese, naming a Chinese court. A Western NDA points at a court a Chinese factory has no reason to appear in. Because you buy from Bolang rather than from the factory, the agreement covering your design is with us — a Chinese company you can name in a Chinese court — and we hold the matching terms with the manufacturer before your drawing is sent.

Spec
We translate your concept into factory-ready technical documentation — in Chinese and English.
Factory
We select and contract the manufacturer for your product type, MOQ and quality requirements. The production order sits between Bolang and the factory.
Sample
We manage 2–4 sample rounds until you have an approved pre-production sample.
Production
We supervise the run, monitoring quality and schedule against your approved sample.
Ship
Pre-shipment inspection and door-to-door freight — ready to sell on arrival.
Technical Spec Writing
We translate your brief into precise factory documentation — dimensions, materials, tolerances, finish, packaging — in Chinese and English.
In-Person Sample Review
Every sample round is reviewed at the factory and the feedback is given in Mandarin, in person, against your written spec — so a translation error surfaces at the sample, not at the production run.
IP Protection
An NNN agreement (Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention) governed by Chinese law, and mold ownership clauses, cover your design before it reaches a factory floor — signed with Bolang, a Chinese company you can name in a Chinese court, and mirrored down to the manufacturer.
Packaging Design
We coordinate packaging designers and printing suppliers in China to produce finished, on-brand packaging meeting your regulatory requirements.
Flexible MOQs
We select and contract manufacturers whose minimum order quantities suit your stage — from small pilot runs to full-scale production volumes.
Production Supervision
Our team monitors the production run against your approved sample — catching any deviation before it affects the whole order.

It depends on the product and whether custom tooling is involved. We provide realistic timelines during the design review phase.
CAD files speed up the process significantly, but they're not required. We can work from sketches, reference products, or even verbal descriptions and coordinate with design engineers in China.
We handle prototyping across electronics, consumer goods, packaging, industrial components, textiles, and more. If it can be manufactured in China, we can prototype it.
Tooling costs vary widely — from a few hundred dollars for simple molds to tens of thousands for complex multi-cavity injection molds. We provide detailed quotes before any commitment.
