HOW A SHIPMENT RUNS
Quote
You send the cargo details and the destination. We quote sea, air or express on the same basis, so the trade-off between them is a number rather than a guess.
Consolidate
Where you are buying from several suppliers, goods come in to the Guangdong facility we contract, near the ports of Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and leave as one outbound shipment instead of four part-empty ones.
Document
We prepare the export documentation in English. On shipments we trade, the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading carry Bolang as seller of record. Pallet type and ISPM-15 status go into the order as a specification line rather than an assumption, and the mark is photographed at loading.
Depart
We manage customs documentation and clearance on the China export side. You get the booking confirmation with the vessel and the cutoff, then the bill of lading and the arrival notice.
Hand over
At destination we prepare the document set and coordinate with your customs broker. The entry, the duties and the tariffs are filed in your name, not ours.
