A non-compliant product can be seized at customs, banned from sale, recalled from the market, or result in legal liability for your business. Getting compliance right before you ship is normally far cheaper than fixing it after.

Start Compliance in Parallel with Production
The most common (and expensive) compliance mistake is starting the certification process after production is complete. Many certification failures require design or material changes — meaning scrapped inventory. Start compliance as early as possible; we'll help you integrate testing requirements into your product development from the beginning.
EU & EEA Market
CE marking, RoHS, REACH, EN standards. Most product categories require CE to enter the EU — we guide the full process from technical file to Declaration of Conformity. From 2026 that file is no longer the whole job: PPWR adds packaging conformity duties, GPSR adds product safety and traceability, and EPR registration stays per member state. US Market
FDA registration, FCC authorization, CPSC requirements. We coordinate with US-based importers of record and compliance specialists to ensure smooth market entry.
EU 2026 regulations
PPWR applies from 12 August 2026, GPSR is already live, and EUDR follows in December. The obligation sits with the importer, not the factory. We map which ones bite on your SKUs and assemble the documentation. What actually applies, and when.
UK Market (CE accepted)
Great Britain accepts CE marking indefinitely for most product categories, so a separate UKCA route is often an avoidable cost. A few sectors — medical devices, construction products, rail and marine among them — keep their own rules, and Northern Ireland differs again. We tell you which marking you actually need.
Accredited Lab Testing
We coordinate product testing with CNAS- and internationally-accredited labs in China. Whether a given report is accepted depends on the scheme it was issued under and, for some categories, on the destination market’s own requirements — we tell you which applies before testing.
