Catch Defects
Before They Leave China.

By the time a quality problem reaches your warehouse, it's already cost you money — in returns, re-shipments, and customer trust. Our AQL-certified inspectors catch issues on the factory floor, before a single unit is loaded for export.

INSPECTION TYPES

  • Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)
  • During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
  • Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
  • Container Loading Supervision
  • Factory Audit
  • Re-Inspection after corrections

QUALITY INSPECTION

What our inspectors actually check

Every inspection follows AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) international sampling standards. Our inspectors physically examine a statistically valid sample of your order — not a cherry-picked selection chosen by the factory. The sample size is calculated based on your total order quantity and agreed defect tolerance levels.

Dimensions & Tolerances

Physical measurements vs. your technical specification

Visual Defects

Scratches, color variation, poor finishing, surface flaws

Function Testing

Operational performance checks against agreed standards

Labels & Barcodes

Label accuracy, barcode scan validation, language requirements

Packaging Integrity

Carton strength, inner protection, drop-test compliance

Quantity Verification

Carton count vs. PO — every unit accounted for

Report Delivered Within 24 Hours

Every inspection produces a comprehensive photo-documented report within 24 hours of completion. The report includes a clear pass/fail result, defect counts by category and severity, photos of every issue found, and a corrective action recommendation. You make the final call — ship, hold, or correct before loading.

Sample Inspection Report

Our inspection reports include:

  • Clear pass/fail result with AQL sampling data
  • Defect counts by category and severity (critical, major, minor)
  • Photo documentation of every issue found
  • Corrective action recommendations

All Manufacturing Regions

Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Fujian, Sichuan and beyond — our inspector network covers all major production hubs.

Real-Time Updates

Your account manager keeps you informed throughout the inspection day, not just when the final report is delivered.

FAQ

What is AQL and why does it matter?

AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) is an internationally recognized statistical sampling method defined by ISO 2859. It determines how many units to inspect from a production batch and sets the maximum number of defects allowed for a shipment to pass. This ensures consistent, objective quality decisions rather than subjective spot checks.

When should I schedule an inspection?

We recommend a pre-shipment inspection when 80% or more of production is complete and packed. For high-risk or complex products, we also advise a during-production inspection at 20-30% completion to catch issues early. Container loading inspections are available for shipments where packing integrity is critical.

How quickly do I receive the inspection report?

You receive the full inspection report with photos and defect analysis within 24 hours of the on-site visit. For urgent orders, we offer same-day reporting so you can make immediate shipping decisions without delays.

Can you inspect at any factory in China?

Yes. Our QC team covers all major manufacturing regions across China, including Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, and Shandong. We can reach most factories within 24-48 hours of booking, regardless of location.

What happens if my shipment fails inspection?

If a shipment fails, we issue a detailed corrective action request to the factory outlining every defect that needs to be addressed. We then coordinate with the manufacturer to fix the issues and schedule a re-inspection at no additional charge to verify compliance before approving shipment.
