Catch Defects
Before They Leave China.
By the time a quality problem reaches your warehouse, it's already cost you money — in returns, re-shipments, and customer trust. Our inspectors, working to ISO 2859-1 AQL standards, catch issues on the factory floor, before a single unit is loaded for export.
INSPECTION TYPES
- Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)
- During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
- Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
- Container Loading Supervision
- Factory Audit
- Re-inspection after corrections — a new quoted visit
FAQ
It is quoted per request. What moves the number is where the factory is, what the product is, and how much there is to check — tell us those three things and we come back with a price, and we confirm the visit date when we quote. What you get does not change: one factory, one visit, and a photo-documented written report within 24 hours of the visit, covering either a supplier verification visit or a pre-shipment inspection run to ISO 2859-1 AQL sampling — you choose which. Everything else we do — sourcing projects, procurement management, freight, warehousing, compliance, and any multi-factory or ongoing programme — is quoted per request too.
AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) is an internationally recognized statistical sampling method defined by ISO 2859. It determines how many units to inspect from a production batch and sets the maximum number of defects allowed for a shipment to pass. This ensures consistent, objective quality decisions rather than subjective spot checks.
We recommend a pre-shipment inspection when 80% or more of production is complete and packed. For high-risk or complex products, we also advise a during-production inspection at 20-30% completion to catch issues early. Container loading inspections are available for shipments where packing integrity is critical.
You receive the full inspection report with photos and defect analysis within 24 hours of the on-site visit.
Our QC team covers all major manufacturing regions across China, including Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, and Shandong. We confirm the visit date when we quote.
If a shipment fails, it doesn’t move until you decide what to do about it. We issue a detailed corrective-action request to the factory outlining every defect, and we can coordinate the rework. A failed batch is the factory’s to fix and yours to decide on, and our job is to measure it accurately either way. What we don’t charge you for is our own mistake: if our work was incomplete or we got something wrong, we go back at our cost.
